SHUR-Switch™

Crane Pumps & Systems is pleased to introduce the new Barnes SU Series of residential sump pumps. This product offers revolutionary SHUR-Switch™ Technology and is tested to over 1,000,000 cycles! The SHUR-Switch™ utilizes a magnetic switch that rises with the water level and hits a contactor that turns the pump on. As the water level drops the weight of the magnet causes it to fall thus shutting off the pump.

SU Features:

Float is housed in a shroud to guard against obstruction and wedging.
Magnets activate switch as float rises and falls.
Top suction design eliminates need for weep holes.
Available in 1/4 and 1/3 HP options.
High efficiency PSC motors and GFCI compatible.
