currently seeking qualified candidates for the following positions at our Piqua Ohio location.
CNC Machinist (SU/OPR Multi)
Department: Manufacturing/Operations
Position Summary/Qualifications
Analyzes specifications, lays out metal stock,
sets up and operates machine tools, and fits and assembles parts to fabricate
and repair metalworking dies, cutting tools, jigs and fixtures, gauges, and
machinist's hand tools. Sets up and
operates both CNC lathes and CNC milling centers along with conventional
machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, boring machines, and grinders
to machine metallic and nonmetallic work pieces. Associate's degree or
equivalent from two-year college or technical school; five years related
experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Project/Design Engineer
Department: Engineering
Position Summary/Qualifications
Technical leader for major design/development projects including schedule, design, development, and testing of components and assemblies. Responsible for overall engineering program cost for assigned programs. Specific areas of responsibility would consist of:
Develop new or modify existing product designs using software such as CAD, spreadsheets, datatabases, etc.
Use basic engineering concepts and principles to provide technical verification for new or modified designs
Prepare and implement ECO’s
Establish test plans to validate new or modified designs and prepare subsequent technical reports
Preferred qualifications would include; BSME or equivalent 4 year technical degree, complete PC capability, FEA and CAD drafting/3-D Solid Modeling, at least 3-5 years previous experience, as well as the ability to develop new conceptual product designs.
