1. If you have a username, great, click the RGA logo and let's get started!
   If you don\’t, click the RGA logo, then click 'Having trouble logging in for the
   first time' link on the home page for helpful information about getting set up.
   
   
2. Once you have your profile set up and have logged in, take the first step
   in using CSS by selecting 'Create new Request' from the menu on the left side
   of your screen
   
   
3. Next; are you doing a 'Product Return' or a 'Warranty Request'\? Select
   the appropriate option.
   
   
4. Important: You will need to know your Sales Order Number. But don't worry,
   we can look it up for you with the handy 'Search' feature
   
   
5. To search for your SO#; enter a PO number, a Product Number OR a date
   range. Then click the 'Search' button.
   
   
6. Now: select the line item you want to Return or Warranty.
   
   
7. You should now see the 'Return Details' page. To best process your request,
   we need to know the 'Quantity to Return', whether you want a 'Credit or
   Replacement', the 'Serial Number' (if it's a pump). and the 'Issue' you are
   experiencing. Also add any additional 'Comments' you want us to know.
   
   
8. The 'Enter and Finished' button will submit your Return/Warranty for processing.

Need an Installation / Operation Manual?

1. To get started: tell us the 'Brand' of your pump by clicking on the Brand logo.
   
   
2. You should now see an Adobe PDF that has opened in a new window.
   
   
3. You will need to know your Part Number or Model Number to find the
   appropriate manual.
   
   
4. Hint: the easiest way to find your pump in this PDF is by using the search
   function within Adobe by pressing CTRL-F then entering your number and
   click the 'Next' button.
   
   
5. You can also scroll through the PDF to locate the part number or model
   number you are looking for.
   
   
6. Click on the Manual number to view the installation / operation manual
   a. Note: The items to the right \(white\) are currently manufactured products;
   the items to the left \(yellow\) have been superseded.
   b. Note: Some part numbers\ model numbers may share the same manual.
   
   
7. The manual you selected will appear as a PDF.
   
   
8. You may print or save a copy of this manual.
