CRANE GIVES BACK Salvation Army
Crane Pumps & Systems provides philanthropic service to the the local Salvation Army in Piqua, OH. Cranes sends 4-5 employees each Thursday to volunteer in the Summer Feeding Program food truck, providing free lunch for local Piqua residents ages 18 and under. Each year, over 50 CP&S employees help to deliver approximately 2,200 meals to those in need over the summer. CP&S is proud to support local organizations and will continue philanthropic efforts for years to come.
CRANE GIVES BACK Bethany Center
The Bethany Center is a food pantry located in Piqua, OH, less than a mile from both Crane Pumps and Systems facilities. The organization offers meals throughout the week, a food and clothing bank, and a reading room open to the public. Part of The Bethany Center’s mission is to share resources and offer guidance and education to those in need. Once a month, CP&S sends teams of employees to volunteer with preparing and serving meals during the centers daily lunch and to assist with unloading the centers’ incoming food shipments.
Crane Fund for Widows and Children
Each year, through the Crane Fund for Widows & Children, Crane Pumps and Systems employees have the opportunity to nominate charitable agencies that provide direct services to those in need. On behalf of Crane Fund for Widows & Children, CP&S presents donation checks to local 501(c)3 classified agencies, directly impacting the community in which CP&S employees live and work.
